Auriga: Leveling Up for Enterprise Growth! 

Auriga’s journey began in 2010 crafting products for India’s internet businesses! We witnessed the magic of MVPs, rapid launches, iterative improvements based on real-time feedback and the rollercoaster of the startup world. It has been a great experience seeing India adopt digital technology for their daily use and getting an opportunity to collaborate with some of India’s brightest minds to build the products that fueled India’s digital boom – e-commerce, fintech, edtech, and more.

But we craved more than services! 

We embarked on our own product journey in 2016. Our initial few ideas failed to make an impact but learning from those early setbacks, we partnered  with industry veterans to develop impactful products in the B2B space. We’re proud to present StitchMES (Digitizing factories in Fashion Businesses) and InstaDigin (Data Analytics tool for mining & infrastructure operations). These innovative solutions are already making waves. Stay tuned for deeper dives in future posts!

Expanding Our Horizons: Enterprise Growth

As we grew, we recognized the need for a diversified client base. We expanded our horizon of services to help traditional businesses in their digital transformation journey by building expertise in Integrated Business Solutions.  While core values like quality, hard work, client happiness, trust, and long-term partnerships remain constant, the approach needed to adapt. Imagine transitioning from a T20 cricket match (fast-paced, high-risk) to a Test match (strategic, long-term).

This shift required us to transition from services to solutions mindset and evolve the team from tech masters to business-savvy experts. To excel in this new arena, we were fortunate that few of our dear friends, who were industry stalwarts in handling enterprise clients, joined Auriga and taking the lead in leveling us up.

We’re constantly refining our understanding of business processes and learning the best practices to deliver the right solution. We’re also navigating the world of proprietary vs. open-source solutions (ERPNext, SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite) and finding what works best for you. While open-source holds a special place in our hearts, we’re open to all possibilities.
