Auriga Hackathon 3.0: Talent, Ideas, and Boundless Creativity

What an incredible journey we’ve had with Auriga Hackathon 3.0! After a two-year break, this spectacular event made a roaring comeback—and what a return it was! This wasn’t just another competition; it was a vibrant stage where talent met opportunity, ideas turned into solutions, and teamwork led to breakthrough innovations.

The energy in the room was simply electric. From the moment the clock started ticking for the 36-hour marathon, you could feel the passion and drive in every corner. The ideas that emerged weren’t just creative; they were impactful, addressing real-world problems and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Highlights –

  • 25+ teams, 125+ members participated.
  • 20 products actually got completed. Teams finished what they had planned.
  • 70% of the ideas were  focused on  AI.
  • 51K worth prizes.
  • Many candidates were surprised to break their own milestones  of non-stop coding and  see what they could achieve as a team in mere 36 hours.
  • We even invited our to be hired Interns batch and I must say they gave good completion to the other teams.

Journey: Road to Execution Day  :

You could feel the anticipation building from the day we set the Hackathon dates. The energy was contagious! No-code and GenAI workshops added fuel to the fire, turning everyday conversations into productive planning sessions. Team formations, the Ideathon round – every step amplified the excitement. And then, execution day: a whirlwind of innovation, competition, and the thrill of pushing boundaries. It was unforgettable!

It couldn’t have been better!

Execution: Innovation Meets Purpose

This year, the hackathon was more than just about building cool tech. It was about solving problems—problems our clients face, challenges we encounter internally, and even issues we all experience in our daily lives. The range of ideas was impressive. Some were deeply technical, like optimizing data archiving, while others were practical yet impactful, such as streamlining WhatsApp communication for better business efficiency.

Generative AI (GenAI) emerged as the star of the show, with teams exploring its transformative potential. From automating technical interviews to enabling offline GenAI capabilities and effortlessly generating insights from any data source, the ideas pushed boundaries.

Watching these concepts come to life was truly inspiring.

Collaboration Across the Board

One of the most special aspects of this hackathon was how it brought together every corner of Auriga IT. Under the leadership of Rohit, Ravi, Gaurav, and Nisha, the event was a shining example of what happens when technology, design, marketing, admin, and peoples  teams come together with a shared vision. Months of preparation, planning, and collaboration made this event a success—and it showed in every detail.

Breaking the Code with Fun and Food

Hackathons are as much about the people as the projects, and this one didn’t disappoint. To keep the energy alive, we spiced things up with a plank and push-up competition that had everyone cheering. And the group dance to Ram Sam Sam? Let’s just say it was the ultimate mood-lifter, filling the room with laughter and fresh energy.

The food was nothing short of amazing, thanks to Ashok Bhaiya and Manoj Bhaiya, who poured love and care into every meal. And when the chilly night rolled in, Pragati (PG) made sure everyone was comfortable with warm blankets and mattresses. It felt like we were back in our college days—working late into the night, sharing laughs, and enjoying the unique bond of working toward a shared goal.

These moments reminded us why we love what we do and why events like this are so special.

A Huge Thanks to Our Mentors and Jury

A big shoutout to the mentors who guided teams and helped shape their ideas into something truly impactful. And a heartfelt thank you to our jury—Mayank Sharma (CEO, Unomerr), Ankit (CEO, Habilelabs), and Ashutosh (CTO, SoftServ)—for bringing their expertise and insights to the table. Your feedback and encouragement meant the world to the teams.

Driving Change, One Idea at a Time

Auriga Hackathon 3.0 reminded us why events like these are so important. They give us a chance to pause, think differently, and explore the “what-ifs” that we often don’t have time for in our day-to-day work.

Seeing teams tackle real client challenges and internal inefficiencies was a proud moment for me as CTO. These ideas weren’t just about today—they were about building a better future for Auriga IT and our clients.

Here’s to the talent, the creativity, and the sheer determination that made this hackathon unforgettable. I’m excited to see how we take these ideas forward and continue driving change.

Let’s keep building, innovating, and creating together!
