- Digital Products & Software
The Machaxi story of ‘The Founder’
Machaxi is a sports & fitness tech start-up established in 2019 to bring Academies, Players, Parents, and Coaches together in India. CO-Founder Tushar Raj is a sports enthusiast, and his passion for sports led him to establish a sports academy in Bangalore. Tushar’s background as a strong badminton player and his experience in the sports industry as a player, coach, academy owner, and parent allowed him to understand the pain points of players, coaches, and parents.
The Challenge
With the expansion of its sports centers and coaching staff, Machaxi’s multi-tiered structure evolved, creating opportunities to optimize efficiency, communication, and the overall coaching experience. This evolution was driven by:
- Complex Coaching Hierarchy: Machaxi’s structure involved multiple tiers, including Central Business Units (CBU), Central Technical Units (CTU), Head Coaches, and Junior Coaches, making communication and coordination difficult.
- Disparate Systems: Managing curriculum, player assignments, coach performance, and feedback across different levels relied on manual processes and disconnected systems.
- Lack of Centralized Control: CBU and CTU lacked a unified platform for overseeing operations, assigning coaches, and monitoring performance effectively.
- Limited Player Customization: Athletes had limited ability to tailor their training plans to their specific needs and skill levels.
- Need for Data-Driven Insights: Machaxi lacked a system for gathering and analyzing data on player progress and coaching effectiveness.
The Solution – A Powerful, User-Centric Mobile Coaching Platform
Auriga IT partnered with Machaxi to develop a comprehensive Coach mobile application designed to address these challenges and revolutionize their coaching operations.
