1st Month at Auriga IT – Freshers 2015

New Era of My Life from Classroom to Office!!

“When you start a new job or a particular journey of your Life , you really don’t know what to expect”

But here I got more than My expectations. Its my First Job and first experience away from home but I have found a new family and lots of new friends. All members of Auriga-IT family are good hearted and very good in nature.

The Journey of My New Era started from the interview day (April 4, 2015). On that day I had an unforgettable interview (First ever interview of my life) which gave me an opportunity to express myself and then on first of July, I had a good interaction with the wonderful people like Ronak, Divye & Pragati who told me about the environment at Auriga and introduced me to the team. Here not only work but fun is also preferred. It’s been just one month and I have already enjoyed alot here. I have learned a lot in just a month this was only possible because of Auriga Family. I must say I absolutely love the way they treat us freshers. I dont even feel like a fresher anymore but a part of this family just as important as everyone else around here. Its the coolest place to work. An unforgettable moment was when the whole office tested our confidence and we got the chance to represent ourselves in front of whole office through some fun tasks given by whole office. No Words to describe the nature of the Directors, they are very nice. I don’t think I would have found anything like Auriga.

Cool atmosphere of working

I joined Auriga IT on 29th March, 2015. Being a fresher I was very nervous and having a lots of questions in mind related to working environment of an IT company. When I joined, I was welcomed in “Auriga Family” and got chance of learning, improving and working.
In Auriga Family ideas, suggestions are always welcomed. Auriga IT have awesome working environment, where along with work, fun is also stressed. Time to time team meeting take place, where problem faced in working are discussed.
The whole Auriga Family is Backbone of this IT company. Here seniors, project managers don’t treat us as a Boss, they are like friend, but a strict friend, who wants work at time and fun time to time. I would like to conclude myself by saying that experience in this organization is different from other company because here we get a cool atmosphere of working.

I couldn’t stop myself from writing about the wonderful experience in the constellation. I have completed one month at Auriga IT and here all colleagues are cooperative in nature. In Auriga IT wonderful thing that all colleagues interact with each other in the morning and teams do stand up meetings and discuss daily strategy. I am lucky to be working with an extremely intelligent, talented and determined team. We started working with planing of the day so we don’t deviate from our project. I don’t feel that I am a freshers as everyone here is so friendly. It is cool place to work just like home.

Environment is Tremendous

After the too many ups and downs in last few months I finally got selected in a Auriga IT with a dream to gain more knowledge about latest technologies and utilize my knowledge on a right platform. Frankly speaking I was very much scared on first day in office, I was worried about the people working in Auriga and how is the environment of company. But after I spend some time  here I really fell that environment is tremendous and everyone is so friendly & helpful. I feel that I am working with my own family members.
