Most people have used a chatbot. Agentic AI goes further. It plans. It calls APIs. It coordinates multiple steps. It gets things done without needing a human at every decision point.

What to Build — Steal These Ideas
The brief was simple: build something that acts, not just answers. Here are the prompts teams took into the room.
Release Butler — Reads merged PRs, summarises changes, and auto-publishes release notes without a human writing anything.
Sales Whisperer — Connects to CRM data and runs personalised automated outreach based on deal stage and contact history.
Agentic QA — Goes from spec to test case to video bug report with suggested fixes — completely automated.
Service Agent — Handles customer queries end to end, resolving what it can autonomously and escalating only the edge cases.
Ops Copilot — Monitors dashboards, detects anomalies, and generates an incident brief with recommended actions before anyone is paged.
The rule: The agent had to be autonomous — capable of taking at least three connected actions in sequence without a human in the loop between them.
