This disconnect is a two-way street. Politicians lack effective channels to hear about and address the everyday issues people face in their communities.

Siddhart Shah, Founder of MyNeta.com, envisions a world where citizens have real-time access to information about their representatives and a streamlined way to voice concerns.
Challenges
Citizens are disconnected from their leaders. They lack the tools to hold representatives accountable, and this gap weakens our democracy. Siddhart Shah recognized this problem and teamed up with Auriga IT to create a unique solution that can address the following issues:
- Knowledge Gap- Many people lack basic information about their local politicians and officials, hindering informed decision-making.
- Conventional Reporting- Outdated grievance processes with red tape and delays frustrate citizens, leading to unresolved issues.
- No Tech = Low Participation- Younger generations want digital tools, not just town halls, for civic engagement.
- Trust Deficit- A lack of transparency and accountability erodes trust between citizens and those elected to serve them.
- Lack of Information- Citizens know national figures; however, they are not aware about the local officials, which creates a barrier leaving issues unresolved.
Solution
We developed a solution that bridges the divide between citizens and their government by transforming civic engagement into a digital, social experience. It’s like Instagram, but instead of following influencers, you get updates about the people who shape your community. Key features empower you to:
Politician Profiles: Our solution gives the public the power to easily research politicians and officials. Their track records are made readily available, just as if you were choosing influencers to follow.
- Citizen Profile- With a citizen profile, they can select their geographical area and can track issues in their area, learn about local leaders and officials, and directly report problems through the app.
- “Snap, Report, Fix”: Snap, Escalate & Fix- See an issue? A photo can be taken and tagged in our app, and it will be sent to the appropriate department. If it’s not resolved within 10 days, the system automatically escalates it to ensure a speedy fix.
- Review & Rate: A system has been developed by us that allows feedback and evaluations to be left by citizens on the performance of their elected representatives and government officials.
