With over 12,000 professionals across India and beyond, the company required a robust HR and payroll ecosystem capable of supporting distributed workforce operations at enterprise scale.

A2Z Manpower needed an HR system that could handle operational complexity, workforce scale, and regional accessibility. Existing systems were creating friction across multiple critical workflows.
How Auriga IT Built the A2Z HR Ecosystem
Auriga IT implemented a tailored ERPNext and Frappe HR solution that unified workforce management, employee self-service, payroll processing, geo-based attendance, and supervisor workflows into one scalable platform.
Centralized Web-Based HR Platform
Auriga IT developed a centralized ERP solution to streamline HR processes and automate payroll activities across A2Z’s distributed workforce. The platform connected core HR functions in a single operational system, improving consistency and efficiency across locations.
Cross-Platform Mobile App for Employees and Supervisors
A mobile app was launched on both the Play Store and App Store, giving employees and supervisors direct access to essential HR workflows without depending on manual intervention from HR teams.
Aadhaar-Based Employee Onboarding
Employees’ Aadhaar numbers and supporting documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, and police verification reports were validated by HR before app access was granted, ensuring a secure and verified onboarding process.
Roster Management for Distributed Staff
Auriga IT implemented a web-based roster management solution that allowed supervisors to manage customized schedules for security and hospitality staff across the country, aligned with A2Z’s specific workforce needs.
Geo-Fencing and Payroll Automation
Geo-fencing technology was integrated to calculate overtime accurately based on employee attendance and location. That overtime data then flowed directly into payroll processing for timely and precise compensation.
Multilingual Access and Ticketing Support
The platform was designed to support multiple Indian languages, improving accessibility for employees across regions. A client-facing ticketing panel also allowed attendance, payroll, and billing concerns to be raised directly for faster resolution.
