The client’s website was the first impression for many potential buyers. The goal was to transform it into an immersive experience that sparked interest, answered key questions, and ultimately guided them towards making an informed decision.
- Asset Integration and Optimization- The client’s provided raw image and video assets needed to be processed and optimized to ensure seamless integration with the Squarespace website’s design, while maintaining a high level of visual appeal.
- User Interface (UI) Design- The website’s design had to be strategically crafted to convert casual browsers into engaged leads, providing them with the information they needed to take the next step in their property search.

- Enhanced Visual Appeal– We redesigned the homepage with a banner slider with engaging images, creating a strong first impression.
- Engaging Content– We embedded a video that provides visitors with a concise and compelling overview of the company and its offerings.
Project Page Enhancements
- Improved User Interface– The “Core/Completed Projects” and “In Development” pages have been redesigned with an improved user interface, including additional styles and sections for each property.
- Detailed Property Information– New sections dedicated to showcasing the Exterior, Units, and Common Areas of each property offer potential buyers a comprehensive virtual tour.
- Easy Navigation– The addition of vertical navigation menus or sidebars allows for effortless exploration of project details.
- Clear Project Categorization– The “In Development” page now includes distinct sections for “Ground-Up Development” and “Value Add” projects, making it easier for users to find relevant information.
Additional Updates
- Inspiration Page– An inspiration page was added, providing a visual and informational resource to spark ideas and motivate potential buyers or sellers.
- Careers Page Revamp– Changes were made to the careers page, which is now updated with current job openings, career paths, and the latest hiring status.
- Team Page Maintenance- We kept the Team Page up-to-date by adding new members, removing those who left, updating designations, and ensuring LinkedIn profiles were accurate and current.
