• Streamlined Order-to-Cash Cycle: The integrated system provides a 360-degree customer view within the Sales Order screen (Image 7), including real-time ledger balances and credit limits. This data flows seamlessly to create Delivery Notes (Image 5) and Sales Invoices (Image 4), complete with integrated e-Waybill generation for tax compliance.
• Centralized Financial Governance: All supplier invoices are managed through a unified Bill Pass Advice module (Image 8), giving management a consolidated view of payables.
• Proactive Risk Management: A custom Insurance Management module (Images 1, 2) was built to track goods in transit against master insurance policies, allowing Kapila to proactively manage risk, monitor coverage, and simplify claims.
