Digitised Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Cycle
Auriga IT automated inbound logistics by capturing Vehicle Entry at the factory gate and linking it directly to Sales Tokens and Stock Entries. This created a fully digital audit trail from gate to warehouse, eliminating manual data entry, paper logs, and reconciliation delays across procurement operations.
Automated Quality & Lab Deduction Module
A custom Lab Deduction Rule module was developed to automate price deductions based on predefined quality parameters such as moisture, protein content, and other grade metrics. The system now calculates deductions instantly and transparently, eliminating manual errors and significantly reducing vendor disputes over quality pricing.
Streamlined Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cycle
The platform delivers a 360-degree customer view with real-time ledger balances and credit limits integrated directly into the Sales Order screen. The system automates the flow from Delivery Notes to Sales Invoices, with built-in e-Waybill generation for GST compliance, compressing the order-to-cash cycle significantly.
Centralised Financial Governance & Risk Management
A unified Bill Pass Advice module manages all supplier invoices and payables in one place. An Insurance Management module tracks goods in transit against master policies, simplifying claims processing and enabling proactive risk monitoring across shipments and plant operations.
