Auriga Pulse: Apr-Jun 2026 Quarter in Review

Auriga Pulse is back for another quarter. Last quarter, we shared how AI was moving from conversation to real-world execution.

Today, the conversation has evolved. Organisations are no longer asking whether they should adopt AI - they're asking where it creates the greatest value and how to embed it into everyday operations without disrupting their business.

So here at Auriga, we've taken the next steps and have started helping organisations find these answers.

Guided by our AI Adoption Practice, we've embedded AI deeply into our products and our day-to-day work. It has become the foundation of how we innovate, engineer, and operate at Auriga.

AI Adoption Quarterly Review Team Auriga

Inside Auriga: AI as a Way of Working

Across Auriga, we're embedding AI into our products, our engineering practices, and the way our teams work every day. Here's how that journey is taking shape.

AI in Our Products

Enterprise AI should do more than automate - it should continuously learn and improve. That's what we've achieved in CygnusAlpha, Auriga's AI platform for enterprise operations. A customer asks to change a shipped order's address on WhatsApp. The AI agent checks the order and policy, and realises this one needs a human call. The manager approves it once; the agent proposes it as a rule going forward. Next time, no human is needed.

Our AI agents automate routine work across customer operations, finance, content, and business workflows while seamlessly involving people whenever judgement is required. Every interaction makes the platform smarter, helping organisations scale AI with confidence.

Automate the routine. Escalate the exception. Learn from every interaction.

AI in Our Engineering

AI is transforming the way we build software. Across the software development life cycle, our consultants, architects, developers, testers, and project managers are increasingly adopting AI frameworks to accelerate requirements analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and delivery.

The line between functional and technical consultation is disappearing, and consultants are becoming end-to-end solution providers who see a client's problem through from requirement to go-live.

AI in Our Culture

Building an AI-first enterprise is about more than technology - it's about creating new ways of working. Through our AI Adoption Practice, we're encouraging teams to experiment, share best practices, and embed AI responsibly into everyday work.

Our teams, from engineering and consulting to marketing and internal operations, have built their own AI skills. Our marketing operations are powered by AI-driven workflows that automate content creation, optimise for Generative Engine Optimisation, and keep every piece of content aligned with our brand voice. Our ERP consultants now use AI tools to build, test, and deploy solutions themselves. Bots handle routine ERP, CRM, and HR interactions, freeing our people for work that needs judgement.

AI is no longer just something we build for our clients - it's becoming part of how Auriga works.

Success Stories

ERPNext

Kapila Krishi Udyog

Kapila, the maker of Milkomore, is one of North India's largest cattle feed brands, running five plants and serving 580-plus dealers. Their legacy desktop ERP could not scale with the business, and plant-level visibility depended on phone calls and manual reports.

We moved the business to ERPNext, connecting vehicle entry and weighbridge data at the factory gate, purchase and quality checks, dealer credit and dispatch, warehouse-wise stock across all five plants, and finance with real-time payables, receivables, and bank reconciliation. Management now sees live reports across all five plants and acts on them directly.

ERPNext

Avanti Overseas Private Limited

Avanti Overseas is a pet products export manufacturer running four factories, producing 10 lakh-plus units a month. Buyer requirements and BOMs lived in spreadsheets, gate entries sat in physical registers, and subcontracting had no system at all.

We built a custom ERPNext platform connecting order capture, procurement, gate entry, subcontracting, production, and a Time and Action planner, so every export order now moves through one traceable system from buyer commitment to factory dispatch.

New Projects

ERPNext

Saadaa

A fast-growing D2C apparel brand known for sustainable, timeless everyday basics. Accounting, warehouse, and production ran as disconnected operations, with tracking still managed on spreadsheets, leaving no single reliable view of the business as they scaled.

We're building an integrated ERPNext platform covering purchase and subcontracting, quality checks, gate pass, and accounting, connected directly to their omnichannel platform at every step, so the business gets one true view instead of piecing it together across tools.

InstaDigin

A Cement Major's Limestone Mining Platform

One of India's largest cement manufacturers, running 100-plus captive limestone mines feeding multiple plants nationwide. Each mine tracked planning, quality, and fleet separately, with no single view of the operation.

Our InstaDigin team is building the digital platform connecting planning to stockpiling in one place, so mining teams can make faster decisions on the ground.

Products in the Spotlight

AI Automation

CygnusAlpha

CygnusAlpha, Auriga's AI platform for enterprise operations, connects scattered AI agents into one governed system, routing routine work to AI and judgement calls to humans.

This quarter: Enterprises can now configure roles and permissions to match how their teams actually work, and build their own automation workflows without writing code. Control that used to require an engineering request now sits with the business itself.

Manufacturing

STITCH MES

A complete manufacturing solution for fashion enterprises, from order to dispatch.

This quarter: STITCH MES expanded from shop-floor execution into order-led visibility, tracking a garment from customer purchase order to finished piece. Material requirement planning and planned-versus-actual consumption now run against the bill of materials. Now live in Vietnam and Jordan.
